Nelly Andersen

Chief Client Officer, USA

About

Born in California, growing up in Denmark, and over the years living in Sweden, France, the UK and now New York, Nelly feels at home anywhere. Throughout her career, she has worked on behalf of clients with a focus on international growth, digital transformation and strategic consulting.

As Executive Partner, Chief Client Officer, USA, Nelly oversees the client portfolio of Ogilvy’s US offices. This means taking on some of the most exciting challenges in today’s communication world—whether it’s figuring out how to best transform how to service clients, or trying out new way to engage consumers via new technologies.

Nelly began her career at Ogilvy in Denmark, eventually rising to the role of CEO. She then moved to Sweden, then to Paris, all the while covering the agency’s IBM relationship in the CRM/DM and digital areas. In 2002, she moved to RMG Connect as the CEO of its EMEA operations, a startup role which included attracting and developing the network’s leadership team, defining positioning and service offering as well as winning clients like Vodafone, HSBC and Shell. Nelly returned to Ogilvy in 2006 and for a decade led the agency’s client portfolio in its Europe, Africa and the Middle East offices before moving across the Atlantic.

Nelly is passionate about women’s professional issues and enjoys spending time with her family, literature, art, and hiking.

Lou Aversano

Chief Executive, USA

About

With nearly 30 years’ experience driving strategy and bringing creative ideas to life, Lou now leads Ogilvy’s operations in the USA as Executive Partner, Chief Executive, USA. As USA steward, Lou leads an integrated team as the market seeks to bring Ogilvy’s “Next Chapter” strategy to life.

Lou is known as one of the best account leads in the industry, but he also takes great pride in building and nurturing talent. He is committed to helping to create Ogilvy’s future workforce by bringing together talent with diversity of skill, gender and expertise.

Lou has spent over 20 years at Ogilvy having managed and led IBM, one of the agency’s largest, multi-award winning and longstanding clients, during most of that time. In 2011, Lou took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Ogilvy in New York. During his tenure, the New York office won significant new business assignments from clients such as Comcast (Business), E*Trade, and Tiffany & Co. In April 2014, Lou was named CEO of Ogilvy’s New York operations, where he was responsible for the agency’s business performance, creative strategy, operations, client relationships and talent management.

Lou attended Boston University and he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Marketing and currently serves as an Advisor to AdLab - BU’s student run Advertising Agency. Lou also sits on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, Greater New York, ANA / BMA, Advertising Educational Foundation and 4 A’s.

Nadja Bellan-White

Global Client Leader

As Executive Partner, Global Client Leader, Nadja’s job is to drive growth for our largest brands across EMEA. Her global experience across consulting, digital, direct marketing, PR, brand, media, and experiential marketing makes her a unique partner to our brand leaders and to WPP.

Her relentless pursuit of driving ROI for her clients is valued and recognized: she is consistently a key member of her clients’ advisory circle. Her belief is: “If my team and I focus on driving the business results, then everything else will fall into place.”

Nadja joined Ogilvy in New York City in 2011 from Publicis. She built her career over the last 20+ years working with brands like American Express, IKEA, Coca-Cola, Bharti Airtel, RBS Citizens, Diageo, Countries of Kenya and Gabon, and LG Electronics. In 2014 she was promoted to lead Ogilvy’s business across Africa. She was appointed in August 2017 to the position of EVP Global Brands for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME).

As an early pioneer of performance marketing at IBM, Nadja focused her efforts on how IBM could use data and digital marketing to sell to consumers. She joined Digitas in 1999 to help lead American Express Small Business and Global Advertising brands.

Nadja is an alumna of A Better Chance, Inc., a graduate of The University of Virginia and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Debby Cheung

Office Leader, Shanghai

About

Debby is Executive Partner, Office Leader, Shanghai. A pioneer, Debby was one of the first generation of Asian executives to practice public relations in China as a strategic management discipline. She brings over 20 years of integrated marketing communications expertise and leadership.

​Debby’s career began at Ogilvy Public Relations in Hong Kong, where she worked her way up to the position of Managing Director. In 2003 she relocated to Shanghai to lead Ogilvy PR with an emphasis on innovation and nurturing local talent. Her leadership propelled Ogilvy Shanghai to the leading agency in the market. ​

​Underscoring her belief in the importance of professional development, she is senior training lead for all Ogilvy brands in China. She was instrumental in the development of Ogilvy’s crisis methodology – Brandshield – and continues to play a senior role in training and development programmes around the region.

In 2012, she was named President of Ogilvy & Mather Group/Shanghai and spearheaded the agency’s integration of social, digital, creative and PR. In 2014, her mandate was expanded when she took on the role of President of Ogilvy PR China and Hong Kong.

Her numerous industry accolades include “2015 Achiever of the Year” by SABRE, “2015 Communicator of the Year” by China Communicators Association to name a few. She is a member of Ogilvy PR’s global executive board as well as a member of the Ogilvy Group Asia Pacific executive board. ​

​Debby is a regular on the speaker circuit and has judged at numerous industry award shows, such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia and ROI Festival. ​She is a founding member of the Social Venture Partners (SVP) Shanghai, an organization that offers investment and counsel to charities, helping them to become a sustainable business.

Ralph Clementson

Chief Operating Officer, EMEA

About

Ralph is the Executive Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Europe, Middle East and Africa, looking after finance and M&A, and driving the performance of the regional business both in terms of good internal management and in how we can work more efficiently with clients.

His particular interests include all types of implementation activity in marketing, helping build a close and professional leadership team in the region, and building and learning from tools developed for the management of agencies, focused around data management and continual learning. He believes strongly the best way to produce great integrated work for clients is to have a tightly integrated team and operations, and has spent years working to break down barriers to help agencies perform more nimbly and better.

Having spent eight years with Price Waterhouse London, he joined WPP in 1991 while the Group was in the middle of a cashflow crisis, looking after the finance relationship with the banks and reporting to the market. He moved to Ogilvy France in 1996 as Finance Director, helping set up MindShare and also acting as their FD, while representing the group as FD for the region on various clients including IBM. In 2001 he took over as Finance Director for the EMEA region, becoming General Manager in 2006. In the intervening years, he has helped complete more than twenty acquisitions, pulled the group in Europe into coherent country managed businesses, and created a finance and operational team that he is very proud of. He is based in London and Paris.

Ralph is always rebuilding houses wherever he happens to be living, whether from having bought an endangered house or due to fire. He calms himself over the builders’ lack of progress and additional charges through karate, which he has practiced since university.

Paul Cocks

Chief Financial Officer, Asia

Paul is Executive Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Asia. Paul was born in the U.K. and was educated at London University, where in 1979 he obtained a BA in Accountancy. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982, after training with Ernst & Young.

After three years with McCann and five years as a shareholder in the No. 5 U.K. direct marketing agency, Paul joined O&M in 1992.

Paul started as Finance Director of O&M Direct in London and moved to be Group Managing Director in 1995.

In 1997, he moved to Sydney to join O&M as Chief Operating Officer of Australia and New Zealand where he led the Ogilvy team in the merger between Ogilvy and John Singleton Advertising to form SOM.

In January 2000, Paul assumed the role of Business Development Director of Ogilvy Asia Pacific. In this role he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions and the financial support for Ogilvy PR, Ogilvy One, and Enterprise IG in Asia Pacific.

In 2006, he took on the role of Regional Commercial Director concentrating on growth initiatives in North East Asia and providing commercial support to the Bates Asia and OgilvyAction networks.

Paul was appointed Regional Chief Financial Officer of Asia Pacific with effect from April 2008.

Paul’s outside interests have included appointment to the U.K. Committee of the Hubert Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. He enjoys many sports including golf and tennis.

John Cornwell

John is Executive Partner, Chief Operating Officer, UK & Worldwide Commercial Director. He is hugely passionate about the creative output of the agency and ensuring that the ideas Ogilvy produces for brands which drive their businesses are valued accordingly. To ensure Ogilvy continues to service clients in the most effective way possible, John is spearheading the commercial efforts to move towards a truly integrated Ogilvy.

In an ever-changing industry, he relishes the challenges ahead and is highly skilled in negotiating with procurement and securing terms that work for all parties. John has personally managed many key global client relationships (commercially) throughout his career including Kimberly-Clark, Ford, IAG and American Express.

John’s career at Ogilvy began when he joined in London as a Management Accountant – more than a few years ago! Since then, he ascended to a variety of different roles across the network in both London and New York, with his remit including regional and global responsibilities.

After his time as Finance Director for OgilvyOne and Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations for EMEA, John became Worldwide Commercial Director. Managing a team of Commercial Directors based throughout the world and responsible for managing global client relationships commercially, he has been integral to driving the adoption of commercial best practice across the globe, including pricing, negotiation, procurement strategy, new business and commercial training.

In a career spanning over 25 years, Brain has worked hands-on with many of the world’s leading brands including IBM, American Express, Cisco, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Unilever, and Nestlé. For 12 years he was CEO of Ogilvy’s global direct and digital marketing network OgilvyOne—named by Gartner Research in 2016, 2017 and 2018 as a leader among global digital agencies.

In recent years, Brian has increasingly focused on talent. He has lectured on career strategy at institutions including Yale, Harvard, MIT Sloan School, Columbia, and McGill. Brian’s book on career strategy, The Long View: Career Strategies to Start Strong, Reach High and Go Far, was released in September 2016 and launched in China in 2018. It was named Best Book of 2016 in the business career category. In November 2017 Brian was named Worldwide Chief Talent Officer for The Ogilvy Group, responsible for a global team of over 15,000.

David Fox

Chief Executive, Australia

About

David holds the role of Executive Partner and Chief Executive in Australia and New Zealand, a post he has held since returning to his home country in 2014.

Additionally, in 2018 he took on the role of Chief Transformation Officer, Creative Agencies, WPP AU NZ, driving WPP’s AU NZ creative agencies to be primed for the future.

David began his career in Sydney with Batey Ads before joining Ogilvy in 1999 in Australia, working on Nestlé and Unilever among other major brands. Four years later he was promoted to Executive Director of the Sydney office, managing new business and client relationships throughout the agency. In 2005, David moved to London to head up Ogilvy’s Global Trade Marketing operation in Ogilvy’s global shopper marketing agency. In 2006 David was promoted to Global Client Services Director and in 2009 took over as Worldwide Managing Director across all global clients.

David has been a judge at both Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia in the areas of Advertising Effectiveness.

He has a diploma in Advertising and Communications and is a graduate of Australia’s Award School.

Michael Frohlich

Michael has led Ogilvy in the UK since February 2018 as Executive Partner, Chief Executive, UK. He continues to drive the agency forward towards a more integrated model to maintain a leading position in an ever-changing marketing landscape.

His successes in both steering Ogilvy’s PR capability to immense growth at a national and regional level and his tireless work to bring together a fully integrated solution for British Airways and International Airlines Group demonstrate his well-rounded ability to bring Ogilvy into a new era.

Since joining Ogilvy in 2012, Michael led the successful transformation of Ogilvy PR in the UK and then across EMEA. Under his stewardship, the network won awards including: EMEA Sabre Campaign of the Year, Cannes Lions, Holmes UK Agency of the Year and EMEA Consultancy of the Year, PRCAs Large Consultancy of the Year two years in a row. Michael was named PRCAs Consultancy Head of the Year. Beyond collecting prestigious accolades, he is a regular judge across major industry awards.

Michael’s earlier career saw him join Bell Pottinger and then Shine Communications. He was appointed as Managing Director and helped build a highly successful consumer hot shop. In 2003, he founded Resonate, a UK top 10, award-winning consumer consultancy which became the Consumer Division of Bell Pottinger in 2007. He worked across Chime Plc. companies (including VCCP and Good Relations) until joining Ogilvy.

Beyond his professional commitments, Michael contributed to Brand Marketing in The PR Handbook - a text used in multiple academic institutions around the world. He is also a member of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Board of Management.

Horacio Genolet

Chief Executive, Latin America

About

Horacio is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Latin America and has led Ogilvy’s Latin American operations since January 2017.

Horacio joined Ogilvy in 1993 in Argentina as an Account Supervisor. He was soon promoted to Account Group Director where he oversaw clients such as Duracell, IBM, SmithKline-Beecham and Mercedes Benz. After a three-year stint as Advertising Manager at Telecom Group, the largest cellular telephone company in Argentina, Horacio moved to media agency Carat as Regional Director for Latin America.

In 2004 Horacio returned to Ogilvy in Mexico as VP of Client Services in charge of accounts such as American Express, Volvo, Coca-Cola and Gillette.

In 2006, he was appointed as Managing Director of the Ogilvy Miami, while also taking over duties as Regional Account Director for American Express, Motorola, Kraft and Lenovo. Horacio returned to Ogilvy Mexico in 2008 as Executive VP and in August of 2011 he was appointed CEO.

Under Horacio’s leadership, Ogilvy has been ranked the number one agency in Mexico by Merca2.0 for three consecutive years (2014, 2015, 2016).

Horacio has been recognized for five consecutive years (2012-2017) as one of the 300 Most Influential Leaders of Mexico by Líderes Mexicanos magazine, and he was also named one of the Top 100 Marketing and Advertising Leaders by Merca2.0.

In 2015, Horacio became President of the Executive Board of the Mexican Association of Advertising Agencies. In 2016, he acted as President of the EFFIE Awards Council.

Horacio has a degree in Advertising from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Communications from Bonn University in Germany.

Steve Goldstein

Steve is Executive Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Worldwide, a position he has held since joining Ogilvy in 1994. Prior to that, Steve was Chief Operating Officer of WPP North America. He originally joined WPP in 1989 as Regional Finance Director for Latin America.

Steve started his career with the Colgate Palmolive Company in New York and had international assignments in South Africa and Spain before returning to Colgate in the U.S.

Steve has a Master’s degree in International Finance from Columbia University in New York, and a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Carla Hendra

Carla Hendra is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Ogilvy Consulting, Worldwide, the strategy consulting and innovation arm of The Ogilvy Group. She is also the worldwide Chief Digital Officer of Ogilvy and leads the Ogilvy Health & Wellness Practice globally. Carla is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Ogilvy reporting to Chief Executive of The Ogilvy Group, John Seifert.

Carla began her Ogilvy career in client management on IBM, driving the global digital and demand generation work. She assumed North America digital leadership as President of OgilvyOne in 1998 and was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer, Ogilvy North America in 2005. Carla founded Ogilvy Consulting in 2012 to provide global advisory services at the intersection of Brand, Growth, Digital and Innovation.

Carla designed and launched Ogilvy’s VERGE Digital Summit series, which was expanded to 35 countries as Ogilvy’s premier digital thought leadership event over ten years. She was the founder of the CRM and data consulting group at Ogilvy, and led the development of digital media services at Neo. Carla was responsible for two acquisitions for Ogilvy: The Lacek Group, loyalty marketing specialists, and Leopard, our sales enablement group.

After being named one of Advertising Age’s “Woman to Watch” in 1999, Carla was jury chair of the 2001 Cyber Lions, the first-ever female jury chair of the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in its 50-year history. Carla was later awarded “Advertising Woman of the Year” by AWNY and the YWCA’s “W” award for her efforts to eliminate racism and empower women in the workplace. Throughout her career, Carla has balanced work with raising three children. In 2005, she was selected as one of Working Mother magazine’s “Advertising Working Mothers of the Year”.

Carla serves as a Board Director of Caleres, a multi-brand global footwear company; she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Edgewell Personal Care Group, a global consumer goods marketer. She is a former Board Director of Unica and the non-proift, Dress For Success.

Carla received her B.A. from The University of Chicago, graduating with honors in Humanities. Following that, Carla attended UCLA to complete a premedical program. She has studied textile design at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and is a weekend designer/painter.

Carla lives in New York City.

Sophie Hoffstetter

Global Client Leader

About

As Executive Partner, Global Client Leader, Sophie leads Unilever, one of Ogilvy’s largest accounts worldwide, and is responsible for revenue growth and margin across markets and disciplines.

She is based in London, where she heads up an integrated multi-discipline team that manages and coordinates the Unilever business in all regions, and is the primary creative hub for global brands like Dove, Comfort, and Hellmann’s.

Sophie has driven the transformation of the account into today’s creative powerhouse and multi-award winner. Unilever is now a key contributor to Ogilvy’s creative performance with over 250 creative awards in the last four years, including a Titanium at Cannes for Dove “Sketches”.

Sophie joined Ogilvy in Asia in 2004, based first in Thailand and then Hong Kong, where she first ran Unilever across Asia and then headed up all of Ogilvy’s international brand portfolio across Asia-Pacific.

Sophie is an active member of Stella, the WPP cross company female leadership group committed to helping women to maximize their potential. She is active in training and mentoring in EMEA, and through her recruitment and the teams she builds, always shows her trust in the power of diversity to drive growth.

Kunal Jeswani

Chief Executive, India

About

Kunal is currently Executive Partner, Chief Executive of Ogilvy in India.

He has been with the agency for nearly 13 years and has worked across the company’s Advertising and Digital businesses. Prior to leading Ogilvy’s India operations, Kunal served as Chief Digital Officer in India, and continues to be focused on growing the agency’s digital footprint in India.

Kunal has spent over two decades in the communications business, working with a range of clients, including Unilever,Mondelēz, Vodafone and Tata Motors. He also worked on the launch of the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the BCCI; led the South Asia Cricket Boards’ bid for the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup; and led all mass-media communications for the BJP’s 2014 National Election Campaign.

Outside of work, Kunal’s passions include scuba diving and origami.

Scott Kronick

Regional Leader, PR & Influence, Asia

About

Scott is a 31-year veteran of Ogilvy, having started his career with Ogilvy Public Relations in New York in 1987.

Today, in his role as Executive Partner, Regional Leader, PR & Influence, Asia Scott is responsible for the leadership and management of Ogilvy’s highly awarded public relations network in the Asia-Pacific region, covering 30 offices in 15 countries—the largest and most influential international public relations network in Asia.

Scott has been a major driving force behind the growth of the network throughout the region. He was instrumental in establishing Ogilvy Public Relations China in 1995, overseeing the opening of offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. By 2011, Scott was leading the agency’s public relations operations in North Asia before being appointed to lead the entire region in 2014.

Scott has received a number of personal awards. Most notably, he was voted to the Global Power List by PR Week from 2014-16, and he was featured in Campaign Asia as one of a selected 11 Most Admired Agency Leaders in the region.

Scott is a leading media trainer and commentator on trends in marketing communications, brand building and market entry into China. He regularly contributes to leading mainstream media, including The Washington Post, China Daily and the South China Morning Post, Campaign Asia, and PR Week. Scott has also authored a number of successful books, including “The Lighter Side of China” — reflecting on his professional and personal life in Greater China.

Scott is a graduate of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. He is a perpetual student of Mandarin Chinese and lives in Beijing with his wife and two children.

Heather MacPherson

Global Client Leader & WPP Team Leader

About

Heather currently serves as Executive Partner, Global Client Leader & WPP Team Leader for Vodafone, WPP’s 17th largest client, based in London.

Heather joined Ogilvy in 1999 in New York, where she led global engagements with Goldman Sachs, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and led the largest North American client, AT&T Wireless. In 2003, she helped win the Cisco business and moved to Los Angeles to lead the global Cisco account. In 2004 she took on the additional role of managing the LA Office and in 2007 was promoted to President of the West Coast in partnership with Michael Law of Ogilvy PR.

Prior to joining Ogilvy in NYC, Heather was Director of Advertising at AT&T Canada, where Ogilvy was the agency of record.

Her earlier roles included being President of one of Canada’s leading direct and interactive agencies (Vickers & Benson Interactive). There, she helped launch the first virtual bank in Canada and in just three years built the agency into a thriving business, doubling its revenues. Before moving into direct and interactive, Heather spent over 10 years managing brand advertising with agencies, including J. Walter Thompson.

Heather was a varsity rower in college and has recently returned to competitive rowing in London with the Putney Town Rowing Club Masters Women’s Crew. She is currently in training for the 2018 European Masters Championships and Head of the Charles in Boston.

Today, she resides in London, living life in honor of the loving memory of her wonderful husband of 24 years, journalist and raconteur, Michael Yaworski.

Fernando Musa

Chief Executive, Brazil

About

Musa is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Brazil. After working his way up through Brazilian agencies starting at the young age of 17, Musa began his Ogilvy career in Brazil in 1995. After cutting his teeth leading Unilever, he became General Manager in 2005 and CEO in 2011, leading the agency since then.

Under Musa’s direction, Ogilvy Brazil has a slew of awards—118 Cannes Lions, as well as One Show Pencils, CLIOs, Andy, D&AD, Eurobest, Communication Arts, and two Effie Grand Prix. Most notably, in 2013 Ogilvy Brazil won Agency of the Year at Cannes.

On a personal level, Musa has won several awards such as Caboré (2009), Advertiser of the Year (Colunistas 2014) and has been named as one of the most Influential Advertisers in Brazil. In 2011, Musa founded the agency David alongside fellow founders Anselmo Ramos and Gaston Bigio. In, 2017, he was named President of Ogilvy Group Brazil and Chairman of David.

Patou is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Middle East & North Africa. Patou is living proof of Ogilvy’s reputation as an active, dynamic, and integrated global network. In her 23 years with Ogilvy, she has worked on three continents, in Belgium, France, South Africa, the UK and the USA. She is a seasoned agency professional with deep expertise across a broad range of disciplines, categories and clients. Her multi-discipline expertise has helped her serve as a leading contributor to Ogilvy’s worldwide digital strategy, integrating the group’s digital capabilities across all Ogilvy disciplines.

Patou’s client expertise includes an extensive variety of brands across finance, packaged goods, retail, services, technology and telecommunications. She loves and lives by the 3 P’s: Performance-driven creativity, Partnerships and making it all about People.

Prior to her appointment as the Chief Executive MENA of Memac Ogilvy in September 2017, Patou served as Ogilvy EMEA’s Chief Digital Officer for 14 years. During this time, she developed and implemented the strategy that transformed Ogilvy into a digital-age agency group that, across disciplines, solves brand, communication, and marketing problems in a modern way. Most recently, she was appointed to lead Ogilvy & Social.Lab Brussels, shepherding the network roll-out of the Brussels Center of Excellence, one of the fastest growing offerings in the Ogilvy network.

Patou began her career with Ogilvy in Belgium in 1993, where she worked in in direct and relationship marketing. In 2000 she became Ogilvy’s first Global Knowledge Manager in New York City. Three years later, she joined the Ogilvy EMEA team as the region’s Digital Leader in London. She continued in this position from South Africa, combining it with her role as Ogilvy South Africa’s Customer & Digital Strategy Director.

Paul O'Donnell

Paul is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Europe, Middle East & Africa and has been with Ogilvy for over 30 years. He has worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, running geographic operations and working with major international and local clients.

In May 2014, Paul was appointed Chief Executive, Ogilvy EMEA and became Regional Chairman in October 2015.

Paul has a particular interest in organizational psychodynamics and the management of change within companies. In 2002, he completed the inaugural International Diploma Programme at INSEAD and holds a Masters Degree from the Haute Etude Commercial in Paris. He is also Chairman Emeritus of the UK Chapter of the International Advertising Association and a Director of the American European Business Association.

Paul lives in Blackheath, London with his wife, daughter and dog. He is a long-time supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC, a keen cruising sailor and an enthusiastic skier.

Hephzibah Pathak is currently Executive Partner and Chief Client Officer, India. She has lived advertising for nearly 22 years, 18 of which with Ogilvy.

As Global Brand Director, she has worked on a plethora of brands: Vodafone, Cadbury, Bournvita, Unilever (Ponds, Dove, Brooke Bond), Sprite, Fanta, Kimberly-Clark, KFC and Pizza Hut, to name a few. She has been instrumental in helping create many celebrated brand campaigns, especially the work done on Cadbury Dairy Milk and the famous Vodafone Zoo Zoo’s and Pug network campaigns.

Currently she is deeply engaged in driving growth and modernization on large integrated brands. She is passionate about the twin peaks agenda of creativeness and effectiveness. She is also passionate about leadership development. She launched “Leadership Dialogues,” a program aimed at helping senior leaders develop their leadership skills. As part of her own development she recently completed a year’s program at “Leadership that Works – Coaching for Transformation” and is now a certified international coach.

Prior to her current role, she was National Advertising Head and ran Ogilvy’s Mumbai operation from 2008-12. Under her leadership, Mumbai was named Office of the Year (India and Subcontinent) in 2009, 2010 and 2011 at the Campaign Asia Pacific Agency of the Year Awards. It was also named the Most Effective Individual Agency Office in Asia Pacific and 2nd Worldwide in 2011 by Effie Worldwide & WARC.

She has been honored as one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising” by IMPACT, for the last three years.

Hephzibah has been a jury member at numerous effectiveness awards, in India and internationally. She was Jury President, Creative Effectiveness, at the Lynx 2016 Awards (MENA). She is a committee member of the Advertising Standards Council of India, an industry self-regulatory body.

Donna Pedro

Donna is Executive Partner, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Worldwide. In this role she leads the agency’s diversity and inclusion objectives globally as a change-management process led by a comprehensive, multi-year strategy to drive the agency’s business agenda.

Donna’s experience spans global and domestic project assignments involving diversity management, mentoring organizational effectiveness, staffing and retention, and sexual harassment. She is an expert in strategic staffing, talent management, and diversity transformation.

In 2008, Donna was honored as a “Change Agent” by the ADCOLOR Awards, an industry coalition created to honor achievements in minority talent in marketing and media. In 2011, Donna received the Trailblazer – Working Mother of the Year Award from AWNY. Also in 2015, Donna received the Leslie Uku, Total Market Industry Change Agent Award.

Donna joined the agency in February 2007, and has overseen the creation of an external and internal diversity advisory board, and ten employee-led professional networks. Additionally, Donna built a team focused on recruitment, retention, training, and mentoring as part of her change-management strategy.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, Donna was a Senior Consultant for the FutureWork Institute. Before joining the FutureWork Institute, Donna was the Corporate Head of Diversity and Staffing for Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. In 2017, under Chris’s leadership, Ogilvy was named the most effective agency in Asia Pacific by the Effies Effectiveness Index and Creative Network of the Year by Campaign Asia who also named Chris Asia Pacific Agency Head of the Year.

Over the last two decades Chris has held several senior management positions within the Ogilvy, running local offices, regional and worldwide clients like Nestlé and Cisco, and regional units such as Ogilvy Advertising.

In 2000, Chris moved to Beijing to help establish Ogilvy Interactive, which subsequently developed into the largest digital and customer engagement agency in China, with over 500 staff. The agency won China’s first Cannes Lion and was crowned Digital Agency of the Year by Campaign Asia.

By 2009, he took on the additional role of managing Ogilvy in Shanghai, and then began to oversee Ogilvy Advertising in Asia Pacific in 2012. He was promoted to CEO of Ogilvy China in August 2014, a role he retains.

Chris is actively involved in the Chinese internet space, sitting on the Advisory Boards of several start-ups. He writes regularly about digital and brand marketing.

As the President, Global IBM Brand Services, he led the integrated IBM account for Ogilvy and WPP across more than 20 countries for over three years.

Previously, Günther looked after operations in North America as Ogilvy & Mather Group’s COO, integrating key production services, revamping Ogilvy’s IT strategy and overseeing the move of its New York-based companies into a single headquarters.

At Ogilvy he has focused on re-inventing the role of PR in one of the world’s most creative and integrated marketing services agencies at a time when the boundaries between traditional disciplines are blurring. He has made it a career long mission to champion the importance of diversity and inclusion in the industry.

Stuart has held senior positions in both agencies and on the client side. Under his leadership in 2014 Ogilvy EMEA was named Holmes Report Network of the Year. He has worked at all three of WPP’s largest PR brands, starting his career at Burson-Marsteller in London. Before joining Ogilvy, he was CEO of Edelman UK and Head of EMEA Corporate at H+K Strategies. He has worked with C-suite executives from some of the world’s leading brands advising them on personal branding, reputation, crisis management and the creative role of PR. He specializes in corporate-to-consumer communications and destination branding.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, Malia spent seven years at Razorfish. She joined the agency with the charter to help build their Account Planning and Strategy practice in San Francisco. She also led the digital strategy engagements that resulted in the development of new products and services for the financial services industry.

Leveraging her strategy experience and deep knowledge of client needs she also helped the agency develop new digital specializations and offerings to better meet changing consumer behaviors.

Over his career, Adam has led teams working on some of the world’s most iconic brands. He currently serves as Executive Partner, Global Leader, Advertising and leads on key clients including SC Johnson, Nationwide, Coca-Cola North America, and Walgreen’s Boots Global Brands USA.

Adam joined Ogilvy’s New York office in late 2012 as President, responsible for the day to day operations of the agency. Adam led business development efforts—including the notable highlight of leading the pitch which reunited Ogilvy with Nationwide after Ogilvy wrote “On Your Side” more than 50 years ago.

Adam started his career at Tatham Euro RSCG Chicago as an Account Executive trainee. He joined Fallon Minneapolis in 1995. Playing a key role in the 2001 worldwide pitch for United Airlines, Adam secured the opportunity to move overseas and run the United Airlines EMEA business from Fallon London’s new office. In 2006, he joined AMV BBDO, the UK’s largest, most-creatively awarded agency, as a Global Board Director.

Recognizing Adam’s proficiency in developing award-winning work for International brands, Adam was promoted to Worldwide Client Service Director in 2007 to oversee the AMV BBDO’s portfolio of lead Global assignments for Johnson & Johnson, GE, PepsiCo, Dulux, and Birds Eye.

Adam was promoted in 2009 to Managing Partner to have a direct hand in AMV BBDO’s day to day management and operations. Two years later, Adam took the stage with his team in Cannes to accept the Inaugural Cannes Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness for (Frito-Lay) “Walkers Sandwich”.

Kent Wertime

Kent is Executive Partner, Chief Executive, Asia. Kent has lived and worked in Asia for the past 27 years. During that time, he has held various senior advertising and marketing positions, based in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo and Singapore.

Kent’s tenure with Ogilvy began in 1999, when he joined the agency to head up Ogilvy’s interactive division in Asia. Kent helped Ogilvy establish the largest interactive agency operation in Asia, with offices in 12 markets. In January of 2004, Kent was promoted to President, OgilvyOne Asia. In March of 2009, Kent moved to Japan and took on the added responsibility of President of Ogilvy Japan. In 2010, Kent was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Ogilvy Asia Pacific, and in 2016 he was named co-CEO of the region.

Kent is an experienced writer and speaker. Kent’s first book, Building Brands and Believers, was published in 2002. In late 2007, Kent co-authored a second book, DigiMarketing: The Essential Guide to New Media & Digital Marketing. His writing has also appeared over the years in The Asian Wall Street Journal, Media, Asiaweek, China Daily and Brand News. Kent is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Asia and around the world.
